Although I do not store at this location, I rented a U-Haul from them and it was so quick and easy. They were expecting me and Kelly (an Asst Mgr) had me processed and on my way in no time. She was great.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Ivan and Kelly at Save Green. I had some issues with my lock and they both went up and above to help me. Our whole experience between reserving 2 units in the aftermath of Helene to smooth billing has made it a pleasure to do business.

Save green has been a pleasure to do business with, especially today. There was an issue with our lock sticking. Kelly and Ivan were both very helpful. Kelly helped make sure there wasn’t an issue on the account while Ivan went over and tried the lock so that I knew I wasn't going crazy. He also sprayed the lock with WD40 while I went home to make sure I had the right key. They were prepared to help me get the lock drilled quickly as I live in Atlanta and needed to head home soon, but by the time I got back it was functioning again! Thank you so much!
