First I rented a sprinter van, because of lots of moving difficulties I had to keep the sprinter, at the office was very friendly and extended my time no problem and there was hardly charge for it which was nice. Kelly went over and beyond to help me find a good storage unit at an okay price. She was very friendly very understanding very patient, Great customer service a little bit pricey. The indoor units only have air conditioning if it's over 80° which is very hot especially on a warm day. The other units don't have a ramp so it was kind of hard to get things in and out but otherwise like I said everything went really well Kelly even offered me cold water more than once and the super friendly to my dog. I really appreciate their help

We picked up a trailer from this location and dropped it off in south carolina. Ivan and Kelly made everything happen for us quickly. Smooth experience.
