I’ve been renting from Uhaul for nearly 20 years. Sometimes I get bad service. Today, my original reservation at Sweeten Creek, wasn’t fulfilled. That’s unfortunate as it is, but the service was the poorest I’ve ever had. They could have cared less. They barely made eye contact, there was no assistance to help me find a trailer somewhere else, just an uncaring attitude to call Uhaul. I guess she was perturbed that I interrupted her doing her nails and watching Stranger Things. I didn’t call Uhaul, cause I know how that goes. I called and found another trailer right down the road, Save Green Self Storage. Ivan, Manager, gave me excellent service, actually seemed to care and did his best to get me taken care of quickly. I will call him directly instead of using the app from here on out.

I rented a U-Haul truck here and it was a great experience. The manager, Ivan, was pleasant and easy to work with. I will definitely be referring friends and family here if they need a rental or storage service. They have cold bottled water for free in there lobby as well, which was a huge plus for me! I rented a one-way U-Haul from Kentucky to Asheville and dropped it off at Save Green Self Storage in Arden, NC. Ivan, the manager, went above and beyond to make the process easy. He noticed my rental would end after closing time and called ahead with simple, flexible options to fit my schedule. I ended up arriving while they were open, and he was just as helpful in person, quick, professional, and genuinely customer-focused. Excellent experience all around.
