What could have been better? Nothing! Lucy was a great help and front desk attendant she walked us through everything effortlessly in about 15 mins or less. We had the unit for about 45 or so days and all I had to do was come back by at the end of the month with my keys or unit clear and was good to go. Overall a good experience! I do wish it was actually 24hr access though!“

Great Experience, the customer service was really good. Ms. Lucy was very personable and pleasant. I definitely will rent here again. It’s a bonus that the office always smells good and is clean.
