I'm not sure who this Courtney was, but she needs to come back. When I first got our unit Terra was extremely nice and courteous. But from the very beginning, she and her assistant Keith did not communicate well with each other or with me. I was handling an estate, lost my job due to COVID, and got sick myself. So, in the process of selling our family home, the buyers backed out. I emailed and asked for a refund on my soon to be second unit. No response to the email. The following day I emailed and said I no longer needed the refund. She said Keith already gave it to you. I said okay, I appreciate him doing that, but it would have been great to get confirmation. Especially since it wasn't a full refund. I was stuck with he administration fee. Had I known I would have kept the unit for a future buyer. Terra could care less. She was so rude about the entire thing. Said she wouldn't have even given me the refund in the first place. So fast forward, still out of work because of covid, and I'm going to be late for the first time in the year I've had my unit. She said if the bill goes unpaid past the 6th I'll receive a late fee of 15.00 or 15% whichever is greater. I'll also be denied access to my unit tomorrow (tomorrow only being one day late) So, during a pandemic, when I've already explained my situation she is unwilling to help me in any way. They should waive the fee under these circumstances. I'm not a new customer and I've never been late before. She's very rude. Maybe she's just homophobic. I do have the unit with my husband. Because there's just no reason she should be this rude, and unhelpful to me. And given everyone else's exceptional reviews maybe she really is! We are moving our stuff out asap! I wouldn't recommend this place at all, especially for long term use. Long term customers aren't appreciated.
