I’ve had my unit for about 10 months and was in and out frequently and the staff has remained consistent in terms of service and helpfulness. They always had a clean nice bathroom and hot coffee available during office hours and the units are so clean and new. Highly recommend.

I have had multiple sheds for almost 4 years. The staff has always been great but since new ownership and considerable renovation including ripping out all roads access has been limited and unreliable. There has been NO communication from management to patronage until today. While there is a new requirement for insurance (provided by the renter or upcharge of $9\ month by company) I don't feel like a valued customer. Communication us key.

We have several years of experience with this storage facility. During this time there have been other owners and we feel that all of the owners have provided excellent service. We plan to continue using this service as long as the price for the storage remains competitive. The current owners are expanding the facility and making improvements and we trust that the cost for this will not result in price increases. But rather the owners will create more storage units to rent in order to provide more income for the business.
