I was helped by the manager Amanda and all I can say is wow. Best service I’ve had by far at any storage location in Concord. She’s very knowledgeable about all the units in their lot, extremely friendly, patient and on top of that gorgeous! I was able to stop by unannounced, she showed me exactly what I was looking for and had a lease agreement printed out in no time. I will always use save green storage for all my storage needs in NC. It's what you'd expect from a modern storage facility; all units have ground-floor access. Some are climate-controlled and those also require individual access-codes for entry, in addition to the gate-control. Amanda is an outstanding manager and supremely helpful and accommodating to tenants needs. When I was exiting during the Hurricane Ian event, she let me keep my trailer on the property for an extra day while the rain passed, after closing my account on the last day of the month. Not sure how competitive the pricing is but Amanda definitely takes care of the tenants and for some people that is more important than cost.

Ladd is awesome! My husband and I walked in to rent a U-Haul for our move. We didn't have a reservation but Ladd went the extra mile and found that he had something same day for us to rent. Highly recommend Save Green Self Storage. We have a climate controlled unit and the building is always incredibly clean and we love that there are always carts we can use. We had a smaller unit and recently needed to upgrade to a bigger one at the last minute. Amanda helped us get switched over to a bigger unit quickly. Amanda was super friendly and made the process quick and easy. We’ve used a few different storages in the past, but nothing compares to the great prices, clean units, and amazing service at Save Green!

I needed a storage unit and only had 24hours to find a good one. I was stressed out because I was not finding anything near me with favorable feedback from their customers. I was happy that a family member referred me to Save Green Self Storage. I made a reservation online Thursday night and Amanda called me early Friday morning (before I had a chance to worry about calling her) and she confirmed my reservation and was patient with the many questions I had as a first time storage customer. When my husband and I arrived to check in Amanda was busy with another customer but she acknowledged us and apologized for the wait. She was friendly and professional as she took measures to shorten our wait time. We rented an inside climate control unit. The unit was very clean and Amanda explained the process for accessing the unit. She explained all the cost that would be involved. I like the fact that there were No surprises on pricing. Nice experience with this company and I would definitely use them again. THANKS Amanda!!!!!!!!

I was very nervous to go inside of the office and rent a unit because of covid. Amanda was so helpful in doing a no contact rental. She guided me through the property over the phone to look at the unit i wanted and proceeded to give me all the information i needed. And then emailed me the lease to sign. If you are worried, dont be, Amanda and her team will take care of you!

Save Green is a great storage facility ! We use it for our company's base unit. We store 2 vehicles, and have 2 drive up access storage units to keep supplies for the team. The location is great with easy access to I-85 and I-485 and Rt 29. Security is good, and keypad entry is convenient, and the property is always clean. Amanda is great and friendly and called me personally when a unit became available that I was waiting for. I highly recommend Save Green !

I never used storage before, so I had no idea what I was doing. I met with the Manager Amanda, and told her what I was storing, she suggested a size that would work, and took me to go look at the unit. She helped me visualize how everything would fit in the unit! She showed me how to use the keypad, AND the cylinder lock. I've never had such amazing service, and I'm so glad I chose Save Green!

Professional, understanding, caring and patient are just a few words to express the Level of service we received from Amanda. She went above and beyond to work with us and meet our storage needs. It is rare to find good customer service let alone excellent customer service these days and Amanda is a shining example of what it means to care for the customers needs with the highest level of excellence! The only thing I would suggest is the facility owners use better pest control services as spiders are very present at this facility.

I checked out a few storage facilities in the area and by far had the best experience here. While I'm not planning on renting right now (in the process of moving and such), the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The facility was super clean and obviously well maintained. I was super happy with my experience talking to the staff and I will for sure be back!

Save Green Concord is on top of everything! I'm thrilled to have found Save Green! Having left my old storage unit in Ohio, and arriving in Concord having no idea on what I needed or where to go. As I entered, two young ladies, Kat and Marlene greeted me with a smile, welcoming me to have a seat and asked me about my storage needs. Kat assisted me with a unit and supplies. Helping me get a unit and supplies. There are other facilities in the area but this one by far is the friendliest in the area, 100% satisfied would highly recommend!

I was driving around shopping to rent a storage unit and stopped in. The ladies in office were super helpful and kind. I loved that they sell moving supplies, and they assisted me with that as well. I ended up renting a bigger unit than I initially thought I'd need after Marlene took the time to listen to my storage situation. There are other storage places in the area, but I knew I stopped in at the right place upon moving in - super happy customer!

Very nice place. Yes they are changing things but its for the better. Marie in the front office is a pleasure to work with. I have never had a problem and been here for a couple years now and will continue to stay as long as they will have me.
