I am so glad I found Save Green Self Storage. I moved from Arizona to NC in October. Brian is the most helpful and kind person. He made everything so easy. The check in was uneventful. Brian saved the day when I was moving out and used a mover recommended on a FB group that was a disaster. Brian referred me to a competent mover who was professional and I would use again. I would highly recommend using Save Green Self Storage in Arden and working with Brian is a plus.

My husband and I flew from Florida to Asheville to pack my son up in a moving truck that we reserved. I spoke to a lady named Sarah would processed my reservation, and she was super helpful! I have been desperate for climate controlled storage for all my belongings. I’ve had a difficult time finding much of anything that meets my expectations. I hit gold when my mover recommended this location. I can’t say enough about the staff here. Brian went above and beyond in helping me. He took me to see my units, explained the locks and answered all my many questions with such patience, kindness and confidence. Brian FAR exceeded my expectations. This facility is very clean and easy to access. I highly recommend and I’m hard to impress!

I had to rent a van to bring up some furniture items from my mother's home in Fletcher. I couldn't find a place that would rent me one that was only going one way to CT. My brother did all the leg work for me and he finally got in touch with Safe Green Self Storage in Arden who was willing to rent me a 12 foot cargo van that could be driven one way. The manager, Sarah Whitmire, couldn't have been more accomadating to us. I also had to make some changes to the agreement which were done without any problem. The van was extremely easy to drive.It drove like a car. I went through a few areas where there was a sprinkle or two and the wipers went on by themselves. A very comfortable drive all the way. When I need to rent a car or van again I am going to Penske first. I just can't say enough about people I dealt with at SaveGreen Self Storage in Arden, NC. They were very professional in their demeanor. The van provided a very safe and comfortable ride. I was a little nervous about having to drive close to 1000 miles to CT but you guys couldn't have made it more easy for me! I have become a true believer in Penske. Thank you very much!

Save Green Self Storage in Arden North Carolina is great value for the money. We were storing our household items in the temperature controlled portion of the storage facility. The storage unit was clean and easy to access. All of the fees were explained up front. They provided carts to move our property into and out of the facility, with 24 hour access. When we moved out, they allowed me to park a PODS unit across from the storage unit.

I checked out quite a few storage facilities and this one is the cleanest, nicest and best value for what I needed. I’m super picky about where I want to store my keepsakes because some facilities can have mold and bug issues but not this one. The climate controlled areas are new and easy to access. Felicia and Julie were professional, kind and even stayed a bit over their closing time to make sure I knew how to use the lock and security codes. As an added bonus, the facility is very close to the airport. If you are a clean freak like me, check out this place!! Thank you Felicia and Julie for all of your help.

Julie was great! She was helpful & patient & explained my options. She showed the different units, which were all very clean! There was a very rude & difficult couple there that she tried her best to help, remaining courteous & patient (they left anyway, threatening a bad review!) She was so busy, but took care of her customers with a professional demeanor & customer service that was outstanding! Give this girl a raise! The office & units were all very clean & easy to find. I also had an unscheduled return of a truck & car carrier- no problem! Julie handled it all quickly & easily. I am recommending Save Green Self Storage to everyone for storage & ttuck rental. I went in knowing what I have spent in the past on one unit in another facility and walked out with two units for 50% less than I expected to pay. This place is sparking clean, I mean it’s immaculate . Beth was professional, knowledgeable and seriously seemed to care about my needs. As a health care professional , I really appreciated the extra steps she took to make sure that she prayed all commonly touched items and kept social distancing . I can not recommend this place highly enough. Well done.

The facility is always clean and well lit. I choose a climate controlled unit to better protect my stored items (books, etc) and the price was lower than any of the other storage facilities in the area. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is very close to my residence so if I need to drop off or pick up things it’s extremely convenient.

I stopped by on a Saturday morning and the two women in the office were so friendly. They showed me the exact unit that I could rent. It was immaculate, extremely clean, climate controlled and bigger than I had anticipated. The paperwork was easy and they even had a lock and insurance that I could purchase on sight. We love the gate access to get in to drop stuff off when it’s convenient for us. This place is awesome!

I have had to move my items in storage to 3 different facilities over the past 3 years due to neglect by the facility owners; such as unsecured gates and buildings, huge potholes on grounds, filthy conditions inside buildings, frequent increases in rent but decline in agreed services. Save Green Storage has made my transition to their facility effortless and at a great locked in price WITH BETTER INSURANCE INCLUDED! I can now be at peace without worrying about my belongings because I travel a lot.

Prices even including insurance of personal contents of storage are terrific! The climate controlled units are quite secure and brand new. I rented a storage building at this location to store my boat I had to hand push the boat into the storage building in the pouring rain and the young lady by the name of Julie stayed with me the whole entire time through the rain to help me get my boat in the storage building and the lady at the desk told me I needed to bring my boat by and make sure I could get it in the facility and in the building before I rented the building you just don’t get customer service like this anymore again ladies I greatly appreciate your help . If you need a storage unit this is the place to go for great customer service and a good prices and a clean unit give them a shot you won’t be disappointed .
